These workshops will cover the image-making aspects of newborn and maternity photography, from using the correct camera settings, getting the light right and posing tips to create natural and timeless images.
These workshops are designed to benefit any photographer with an interest in improving their newborn and maternity photography skills. The focus will be on achieving masterful results during the capture stage of the image-making process, although editing is covered in the recorded lesson that follows.
Russ is recognised as a leader in photography training and tutoring. He has trained hundreds of photographers from all over the world and is regularly invited to attend various global events to demonstrate his skills and speak about newborn and maternity photography.

More About Me:
Hi, I am Russ Jackson. I am a specialist newborn baby and maternity photographer and educator. I have been a portrait photographer for 22 years and started photographing newborn babies in 2011. Since then, I have established myself as one of the worlds leading newborn photography educators. Through my in-person workshops and mentoring services, I have helped over 600 photographers from 38 countries succeed in newborn photography. I am regularly invited to teach and present at international symposiums and conferences. In 2018, I launched the Russ Jackson Academy, an online resource for newborn and maternity photographers. I still run Russ Jackson Photography, one of London's leading portrait photography studios.

I recently attended one of Russ Jackson's newborn workshop. It was fantastic. I've been working at and improving my photography skills with the aim of becoming a newborn photographer and wanted to learn how to pose babies and needed some business advice.
