CANCELLATION: 

 

If Russ Jackson Photography has to cancel the workshop for reasons beyond their control, another date will be offered wherever possible. If the workshop is cancelled altogether, their liability shall be limited to a refund of all monies paid to Russ Jackson Photography Ltd.

 

Should you be unable to attend the workshop:

  • You will receive 100% of your payment when notice is provided within 21 days of the workshop date.
  • You will receive 50% of your payment when notice is provided within 14 days of the workshop date.
  • You will receive 0% of your payment when notice is provided within seven days, but you may sell your space to someone else.

Russ Jackson Photography Ltd will store your name, contact details and session information on a private internal database. These details will NOT be made available to companies or individuals outside of Russ Jackson Photography Ltd.
